Barrio Dual Fuel Gas Kits for Gensets

Government of India has applied CPCB-4 guidelines and none of the DG sets are allowed to run unless some sort of Gas kit or RECD is retrofitted on top of the Genset. 

Unlike other traditional gas kits which are manually setup, our DFK is electronically controlled through ECU Electronic Control Unit. Following are the benefits; (Please find attached the comparison)

1. Gas Diesel ratio is not permanently set manually, instead the ratio keeps changing electronically as per the exhaust temperature, Load capacity, coolant temperature, vibration of the genset.
2. This leads to more gas consumption and lesser diesel consumption
3. The genset can run at full load with gas intake instead of switching to diesel completely.
4. Since our DF is electronically controlled, there is no need for any person controlling and monitoring all the time, and in case      of support, the control panel can be remotely operated using a laptop.
5. With thousands of installations all over India, we have been widely accepted for genset retrofits due to zero breakdowns in the      genset, on the other hand there have been reports of genset overheating in traditional manual gas trains which causes engine damage due to fixed gas intake ratio.
