Barrio Equipments Pvt Ltd has been founded by Piush Goyal and Anant Goyal with the objective of supplying world-class HVLS Fans, Air Compressors, Gensets, Genset Retrofits and other Industrial Equipments to customers in the Construction, Infrastructure, RMC, Real Estate, Manufacturing, e-Commerce, Warehousing, Refinery and Power sectors in India. We intend to provide the best-in-class close and efficient service to our esteemed customers. 

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

Barrio® are further expanding their Sales team at various locations. The ideal candidate will be an engineer / solution provider, who Enables the “feet on the street” to march in step by facilitating a common understanding of Sales objectives and strategies, from global to local, by involving the team in creating their own compelling/ inspiring vision of the way forward.

· Position: Sales Engineers.

· The positions report to the Head – Sales & Marketing.

· Locations: Faridabad, Haryana (New Delhi Border) and Chandigarh.

· Products: Gensets, HVLS Fans, Air Compressors.

· Achieve Sales Targets on Month on Month basis.

· Segments covered: Factories, Warehouses, Retail Chains, Nursing Homes, Colleges and Infrastructure Projects etc.

· Visit Project Sites to Study the application and suggest the right solution.

· Meet consultants / Architects to ensure that world-class JCB Gensets are rightfully placed.

· Organize product demonstrations to potential customers in a professional way.

· Monitoring of the Material movement from the warehouse to Customer sites.

· Should be monitoring and deployment of the installation team at different sites.

· Establish and maintain contacts with heads / key people at various levels, major end users and project/ maintenance team of the companies. 

· Ensure that product installation & service is performed in a manner that enhances the brand image of Barrio / JCB products.

· Follow up of payments and achieve collection targets.

DESIRED EXPERINCE: 

· B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

· Self-starter with 2-3 yrs. experience in Sales of Gensets / Material Handling Equipment / Industrial Equipment / Warehousing Equipment in NCR area.

· Good communication skills.

· Language knowledge: Hindi / English / Punjabi.

· Right & timely submission of MIS.

· Must be proficient with problem solving process and root cause analysis etc.

· Must possess a valid passport and willing to travel abroad for trainings etc.

· Must possess a Bike/Car.
